Payment Policy
You need to pay 75% of the total amount at the time of confirmation and the remaining 25% on the day before departure.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before departure or do not show up, you will not get any refund.
Note: Some activities may be canceled due to bad weather or government restrictions. In such cases, we will try our best to offer you an alternative activity. However, we will not give you any refund for the canceled activity.

Law & Jurisdiction
We will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy for refunding hotel payment. We will follow the Railway’s policy for refunding train tickets. We will follow the airlines’ company policy for refunding flight tickets. Note: We will not refund any payment for the Long weekend, X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan.
