Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in Requirements and Policies You must show a photo ID when you check in at our hotel as per the Indian government’s directive. Indian nationals can use a Voter ID card, a Current Driver’s License, or an Aadhar Card. Foreign nationals can use a Passport and Visa. We will not let you check in without proper ID and we are not liable for any issues related to this. 
  • You need to provide valid ID proof to all accommodation providers during check in. If you don’t, you will not be allowed to check in and we will not be responsible for any ID proof related issues. 
  • Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and our standard checkout time is 11 am. You may have to pay extra charges if you want to check in early or check out late depending on availability. 
  • We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of your belongings during your stay. Please take care of your valuables and personal items. 
  • We offer competitive rates based on our agreements with suppliers like hotels and airlines. However, these rates may change without notice due to market conditions or supplier policies. If this happens, we may adjust our rates accordingly. 
  • All our hotel bookings follow the usual check-in and checkout times unless specified otherwise in your itinerary. We provide an extra rollaway mattress or bed if available upon request. 
  • Your package includes meals that are served as buffet or fixed menu options. You will have to pay extra charges if you order something that is not part of these options. Some hotels may give you a meal credit instead of a buffet or fixed menu during low occupancy periods. 
  • The hotel will decide the amount of the meal credit and you will have to pay for anything above that amount directly to the hotel. We will arrange another vehicle as soon as possible if your assigned vehicle has a major technical problem or breakdown. 
  • Vehicle Replacement and Repair Policy If your assigned vehicle has a major technical problem or breakdown, we will provide another vehicle as soon as possible. However, if it is a minor issue that can be fixed quickly, we ask for your patience and cooperation.
  • Disclaimer of Liability We are not liable for any changes in the tour plan or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
  • Disclaimer of Liability and Vehicle Policy We are not liable for any loss, injury or damage to person, property during the tour related to any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from natural hazards, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, or any other causes beyond our control. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel the entire tour or any particular service if we do not receive full payment from you before the start of the tour.
  •  AC will not work in all hill areas or in parked vehicle. In some hilly regions, driving is not allowed after sunset. The driver will not drive in No-entry zones nor should be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads that can create a traffic jam. 
  • Pick up and drop point will be fixed before the tour. Any additional pick and drop points will incur extra charges. The driver will follow the routing as per tour program. If you want any change/deviation then you need to discuss it with us before finalizing the trip. Later changes will not be allowed as they can affect the tour feasibility/pricing. 
  • Please note that if there are any increases in fuel cost, taxes, entrance fees of monuments/museums or guide charges – by Govt of India after finalizing the Tour/ service Cost , we will charge you extra for them. 
  • At many hill stations , tourist vehicles (i.e. Innova , Tempo , Mini coach & Bus) are not allowed in main shopping market/mall road . You have to use another local mode of transport with an extra cost as it is not included in our package . 
  • Sometimes parking areas are located far from sightseeing spots . In that case , you have to reach the parking at your own cost . 
  • The vehicle will be used only for point to point transfer services and sightseeing as per the tour .Vehicle and Insurance Policy The vehicle will be used only for point to point transfer services and sightseeing as per the tour. If you want to add any additional transfer/any excursions/local sightseeing, please inform us in advance. 
  • We will not allow any changes later. However, if you decide to do any additional sightseeing during the trip, please contact us to check its feasibility and the extra charges, if any, for it. We do not provide any insurance policy that covers the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. You are advised to get such insurance arrangements on your own. All your baggage and personal property are at your own risk at all times.

Payment Policy

You need to pay 75% of the total amount at the time of confirmation and the remaining 25% on the day before departure. 

If you cancel less than 72 hours before departure or do not show up, you will not get any refund. 

Note: Some activities may be canceled due to bad weather or government restrictions. In such cases, we will try our best to offer you an alternative activity. However, we will not give you any refund for the canceled activity.

Refunds/Cancellations policy:

  • You will have to pay 10% of the total amount as a penalty if you cancel 46 days (or more) before departure.
  •  You will have to pay 25% of the total amount as a penalty if you cancel within 45-31 days before departure.
  •  You will have to pay 50% of the total amount as a penalty if you cancel within 30-15 days before departure.
  •  You will have to pay 100% of the total amount as a penalty if you cancel within 14 days before departure.
  •  We do not refund any unused services. If you do not show up, you will lose the entire payment. 
  • Wildlife Safaris booking cancellation: We do not refund any wildlife safaris booked into any Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries. Even if you request a date change, we will treat it as a cancellation and we will not refund or adjust any payment for it

Law & Jurisdiction
